For tenants of homes we manage, our administrator maintains records such as lease details, rent history, documents and communication logs.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings, coordinate maintenance, and administer managed tenancies. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Enquiries about third-party listings may be shared with the authorized listing representative for that property. Service providers may receive the details needed to complete a maintenance visit.
Retention and security
Records are retained for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Sensitive tenant documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage.
